unfortunately i'm not big on cooking. Salads however, are a

different case. Maybe because you don't necessarily "cook" a

salad. Hmm...anyways. Here's my attempt of creating a filling

salad for my mom (who came over for dinner) and me. My mom is

very good at cooking so she's my biggest critic, so if she's

satisfied it's a very good sign! And luckily she was!

Ingredients:

_black olives

_sun dried tomatoes

_fried red capsicum

_boiled potatoes

_turkish yoghurt

_mustard

_lime

_pepper & salt

Mix it et voila!

it was another lovely meal from mommy on sunday

another delish meal by my mom...mmmmmm!

turkish bread. home made lemon & parsley hummous. spicy shrimps.

Never before had i tasted macaroons, until today.

hmmm......pistache,strawberry,chocolate,mocha

whilst sipping on home made cocoa chai.

Need I say more?

Ingredients:

+turkish bread

+mackerel fish

+paprika

+zuccini

+black olives

+garlic

+tomato sauce (as a base)

+pesto with extra olive oil

+a little bit of grated cheese

Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes (to your own liking) and dinner is served! A super simple

and quick dinner fix. And above all, it's super healthy! Variations are possible of course.

So I turned 21 last week!! What a number. My lovely roommate made me a gorgeous gourmet dinner which included salmon (that actually melted in my mouth), beans, paprika and orange rice. As a dessert she made the most scrumptious brownie I have ever had. I seriously recommend you guys to take the brownie out of the over just before it's actually "done" in order for it to stay gooey like the one pictured above. Hmmm!
